Job Summary
Service, repair, and training of Siemens Medical Imaging Equipment (IR/Cath, General X-Ray, Hemodynamics) at customer sites in the Louisville/Lexington, KY area; install, maintain, and modify imaging equipment to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction. Manage territory financials (revenue, expenses, inventory) and uphold company assets (vehicle, tools, devices). Build strong customer relationships and perform administrative duties accurately. Requires knowledge of medical imaging service, preventative maintenance, and ability to work with minimal supervision; strong customer service and communication skills; willing to travel; eligible for on-call rotation after training. Minimum education: high school diploma or technical degree; 1-2+ years field service experience preferred; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs; comfortable working in a field-based, customer-facing role.
