Job Summary
Coordinate department functions to deliver imaging services efficiently through effective staff and workflow organization. Maintain knowledge of MRI procedures to assist throughout the patient care continuum under direct supervision. Provide direct patient care and diagnostic support while navigating electronic systems. Requires National registration in Radiography and MRI (ARRT-R, MR) and current Oregon state license. Minimum one year of imaging experience required, with three years preferred. Includes evening, night, and weekend shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology School and program
- Minimum of one year of experience in imaging and/or other clinical modality
- National registration in Radiography and MRI (ARRT-R, MR)
- Current state license in Magnetic Resonance for all employees who perform this job in the state of Oregon
- BLS/CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of experience preferred
- One year in a supervisory or coordinator role preferred
- Supervisory course work
- Working knowledge of CQI principals
- Medical terminology
- Keyboard skills
- Ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions
