Job Summary
Medical Imaging Assistant needed for Saturdays only on a mobile imaging route. Responsibilities include assisting in patient care and comfort, transporting patients between facilities and the mobile scanner, helping the Medical Technologist with positioning and forms, and handling administrative tasks such as time/activity reports and billing. Requires ability to walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, and pass a background check, drug screen, and physical; must be at least 21 years old. Work setting involves mobile scanner operations and routine interaction with patients across facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous patient care experience preferred but not required
- Must be willing to walk and stand for long periods
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check, urine drug screen and physical
- You must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- You must be a minimum of 21 years of age
