Job Summary
Medical ICU Registered Nurse provide coordinated, high-quality patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary ICU team. Responsibilities include performing and documenting nursing care, educating patients/families about conditions and treatment plans, and contributing to quality measures and continuous process improvement. Requires RN license, Associate Degree, ACLS and BCLS within 30 days, and 1+ year ICU experience.
Required Qualifications

- Associate Degree
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor within 30 days of employment start date
- 1+ Year ICU experience in acute hospital ICU
- Ability to coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in ICU setting
- Knowledge of nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage
