Medical ICU Registered Nurse

Medical ICU Registered Nurse providing patient-centered care in a high-acuity ICU, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care. Responsible for performing and monitoring procedures, documenting care in the medical record, educating patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications and follow-up measures, and actively contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Requires ACLS and BCLS within 30 days, current RN licensure with an Associate Degree, and at least 1 year of acute hospital ICU experience. Deliver care aligned with nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage, and support recovery through collaborative planning and communication.
