Job Summary
Lead the MICU unit as a civilian RN with duties including team leadership, precepting, orienting new staff, and managing rapid response events. Collaborate with LVNs and techs to deliver care in a low patient ratio environment at the Department of Defense's largest facility. Enjoy a structured schedule with no on-call requirements and a 3/12 rotation. Requires U.S. citizenship, current RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and one year of ICU experience plus two years of recent clinical nursing.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Valid Registered Nurse license for any U.S. jurisdiction
- Current BLS and ACLS
- 1 year of RN Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
- 2 year of clinical nursing in the last four years
