Medical ICU (MICU) Registered Nurse - Rotating or Nights

Provide direct patient care in a 42-bed MICU, managing critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; educate patients and families on illness management and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development. Work rotating or straight nights (6 weeks days, 6 weeks nights) with every third weekend requirement. BSN and CCRN preferred; prior ICU experience preferred.
