Job Summary
Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for critically ill patients on a 42-bed MICU unit. Manage life-support interventions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams comprising physicians, case managers, social workers, and advanced practice nurses. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including patient preferences and cultural values, to promote patient and family-centered care. Work in a constant state of alertness within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Schedule involves rotating days or straight nights with weekend requirements. BSN and CCRN preferred; RN license required.

- (6) weeks Days then (6) weeks Nights
- Medical Intensive Care Unit

Desired Qualifications
