Medical ICU (MICU) Registered Nurse - Part time

MICU RN in a part-time role at Barnes-Jewish Hospital's Medical Intensive Care Unit (42-bed MICU). Provides direct patient care to critically ill adults requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions; promotes patient and family-centered care; educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care; participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities; develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care in collaboration with an interprofessional team; utilizes advanced nursing skills to assess and address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; works within a multidisciplinary team led by clinical managers and lead charge nurses; safety-sensitive position with weekend requirements (every 3rd weekend); preferred qualifications include BSN and CCRN, and <2 years of ICU experience.
