Job Summary
Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors daily while maintaining clean, organized work areas and securely storing equipment and supplies. Collect trash and recyclables from rooms, transport them to dumpsters, and empty trash from public areas. Clean, detail, and refill supplies for assigned areas including common spaces and offices. Complete reports or logs and report any equipment malfunctions, injuries, or accidents to the supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to follow spoken and written instructions
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Able to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
- Ascending/descending stairs and ladders regularly required
- Reliable, highly organized, attentive to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking and professional
- Able to multi-task work, perform well under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks
- Required to move heavy equipment weighing up to 30 lbs. frequently
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED
