Job Summary
The Medical/Health Care Program Analyst acts as a liaison to the Medical Director to evaluate and analyze clinical operations for FDOH Walton/Walton Community Health Center clinics and the residency program, guiding daily health-care delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing programs and processes, interviewing personnel, observing on-site operations, compiling data and reports to assess clinic function, and proposing changes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role involves compiling clinical data from the EHR for QA, supporting residency requirements (ACGME), building and adjusting clinic schedules/templates in the EHR, and serving as a local expert in coding and billing to improve financial performance. The analyst collaborates with leadership and management to ensure compliant, patient-centered care, quality improvement activities, and effective use of information systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, HMS). The position requires strong communication, teaching/presentation skills, knowledge of insurance billing and documentation regulations, ability to lift 25 lbs, and the capacity to adapt to changing clinical directives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum - Current state driver’s license
