Job Summary
Provide operational oversight for surgical practices, managing clinical programs, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement processes. Direct provider productivity, staffing, and resource allocation while leading revenue cycle management and strategic planning. Supervise regional practice administrators and drive change efforts including M&A, technology, and patient experience initiatives. Recruit, train, and develop clinical and administrative teams through active participation in the hiring process. Foster a culture of performance focused on quality, stewardship, and engagement across the surgical specialties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare administration, business, finance or related field
- 5 years in physician practice management with increasing scope of management responsibilities and achievement
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
- Experience with capital and system projects including building and equipment
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management and project management
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems and make sound decisions
- Effective time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- On-site + travel throughout the market
