Medical Governance Manager

Job Summary
Lead risk identification, assessment and mitigation for medical activities and scientific engagement. Maintain and improve governance processes, policies and standard operating procedures. Design and run management monitoring activities, track findings and drive corrective and preventive actions. Provide practical governance advice for projects, external expert interactions and medical review of materials. Support audit and inspection readiness, and act as the local lead for internal and external reviews. Build training materials and deliver training on governance standards to colleagues and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical governance, medical affairs, compliance or a related role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Experience with risk management, audits, or corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Good collaboration skills across functions and with external vendors
- Soft skills such as leadership management, assertive communication and negotiation skills
