Job Summary
Conduct orientation and onboarding for newly hired medical receptionists, delivering hands-on instruction for Electronic Health Record and Practice Management software. Teach critical front-office workflows including registration, patient check-in/out, co-pay collection, and phone etiquette while developing and maintaining training materials. Manage master front office schedules across all locations, coordinate staffing coverage to ensure operational efficiency, and provide front desk support for callouts or shortages. Assist the Front Office Manager with scheduling adjustments and process improvements, ensuring consistent training standards and workflow adherence across Bedford, Derry, Londonderry, and Windham offices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a medical front office or healthcare operations role
- Previous experience training, coaching, mentoring, or leading front office staff
- Supervisory experience
