Medical Front Office - Patient Service Specialist

Greet and register patients, provide visit expectations, and manage check-out information. Schedule appointments in person and via phone while collecting co-pays and handling payer approvals. Maintain regular communication with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation firms, market operational leaders, and the business development team. Verify insurance authorizations and manage patient side and business side operations at our outpatient physical therapy centers.
