Medical Front Office - Patient Service Specialist

Greet and register patients, provide visit expectations, and schedule appointments in person and via phone. Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications. Maintain regular communication with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and the business development team. This full-time role at our outpatient physical therapy center in McMurray, PA includes Monday through Friday hours with two evenings per week, offering a starting rate of $16.00/hour.
