Job Summary
Client-focused Front Office Coordinator for HearUSA in Nokomis (Venice area) handling patient scheduling, welcome/confirmation outreach, clinic operations, basic hearing aid care support, and records management. Responsibilities include maintaining patient charts, managing walk-in/scheduled appointments, processing stock orders and weekly inventory, handling cash deposits and end-of-day settlements, and sustaining a clean, inviting clinic environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, customer-service and office-administration experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office. Knowledge of hearing aid technology and the ability to perform basic cleaning/troubleshooting is a plus; remote care familiarity supported by internal HearUSA tools is beneficial. Required Qualifications
