Medical Front Desk Representative

Job Summary
Greet patients and visitors, register new patients in the EMR, verify eligibility and insurance, collect co-pays and balances, and provide excellent customer service. Serve as liaison for patient questions related to mobile applications such as Healow, support patient flow with clinical staff, maintain organized front-desk areas, and adhere to HIPAA/compliance policies. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to work with diverse populations and use medical terminology to support frontline operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or administrative work in medical office settings
