Job Summary
Medical Front Desk Receptionist role at NYCBS in NYC area locations. Responsibilities include managing daily opening and closing procedures, welcoming patients and visitors, assisting with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections, building and maintaining patient records in the EMR system, supporting quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant privacy. Requires Spanish-speaking ability, strong communication and customer service skills, and willingness to travel to Fresh Meadows, Forest Hills, Elmhurst, and Astoria locations. Starting pay is $26/hour with comprehensive benefits. Must have a High School diploma and at least 1 year of experience. 5/8.5 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, within 7-7 hours.
