Job Summary
Front desk receptionist role in a behavioral health and substance abuse services organization. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, assisting with client registration and education on payment options, enrolling eligible clients in applicable programs (insurance, Board, Medicaid), coordinating with clinicians and guardians, and ensuring accurate data collection across EHR/HRS systems. Demonstrates strong customer service, ability to work with multiple departments, perform pre-registration by phone, conduct reminder calls, and maintain accurate billing and registration workflows. Requires ability to obtain an Ohio Driver's License, CPR/First Aid certification, and successfully complete background checks and fingerprinting. Roles involve using Microsoft Office, HRIS, EHR, and other systems, and communicating requirements or issues related to front desk operations and billing.
Required Qualifications
