Seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience in a medical practice to join a dynamic ENT and Allergy team in Tampa, providing superior customer service, managing patient intake, and handling insurance verification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a medical practice
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice
- The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer literacy
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
