Provide licensed clinical services as a Medical Family Therapist via telehealth or in-person, focusing on individuals, couples, and families. The role includes delivering care under a measurement-informed approach, with credentialing, billing, EHR, and tech support handled by the organization to maximize time with clients. You will create a provider profile highlighting your clinical specialties and pathway, collaborate with a nationwide network, engage clients around clinical measures during visits, and access case consultations, office hours, and CEU resources. Telehealth and in-person sessions are supported, with providers responsible for arranging their own office space if offering in-person care.
