Medical Family Therapist

Medical Family Therapist needed to provide telehealth and in-person therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC required. The role includes clinical care with a focus on measurable outcomes, credentialing and administrative support managed by the organization, and the provider maintains schedule autonomy. The team offers tools, guidance, and resources for case consultations, ongoing CEU opportunities, and robust clinical learning. Responsibilities include engaging clients around clinical measures during visits, reviewing results, and, when needed, completing measures live in session; providers arrange their own office space for in-person care when applicable. The organization handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support to enable clinicians to focus on clinical work; telehealth and in-person sessions are supported nationwide with options for Boston-area in-person care.
