The employer handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support, enabling therapists to focus on clinical work. Providers have schedule autonomy and access case consultations, CEU courses, and ongoing clinical learning opportunities. Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC and able to provide telehealth or in-person sessions.
