Medical Family Therapist role providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families with licensure as LMFT/LCSW/LPC. Roles include telehealth and in-person sessions; provider schedules are autonomous while the organization handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support. Emphasis on measurement-informed outcomes, quality care, and engaging clients around clinical measures during visits. Opportunities to create a provider profile highlighting specialties and clinical approach; nationwide network support with CEU courses and ongoing clinical learning. Must be licensed and able to provide telehealth or in-person sessions; location focused in Springfield, MA with remote work options. A collaborative team environment and access to office hours, case consultations, and nationwide provider resources are also provided.
