Job Summary
Board-certified/eligible wound care physician sought for Kaiser South Sacramento facility. Responsibilities include wound debridement, hematoma evacuation, application of biologic dressings, biopsies, and possibly operative debridement and skin grafting. Supervise wound and ostomy nurses; potential administrative duties. Collaboration with vascular surgery, endocrinology, orthopedics, plastics, nutrition, and social services; may participate in academic affiliation and education of Family Practice residents; research opportunities available. Based at the Kaiser South Sacramento Medical Facility with time spent at Sacramento and Roseville campuses. Hours Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with no current call. Shareholder track with potential for full partnership after three years; salary range $320,040–$330,000 with incentives up to $44,350. Relocation assistance up to $10,000.
