Job Summary
Be the eyes of precision by maintaining a clean, hazard-free production environment across floors, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, restocking supplies, cleaning tools and equipment with appropriate solutions, removing trash and recycling, and assisting with basic groundskeeping (snow removal and de-icing). Maintain cleanliness of furniture, walls, machinery, and glass partitions; follow safety guidelines and report low inventory of supplies. Requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work early mornings or evenings as needed. 2–3 years janitorial experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
