Job Summary
Conduct on-site clinical walkthroughs to evaluate the quality and compliance of medical care in monitored facilities, interviewing staff and residents to collect high-quality data, and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable reports that identify deficiencies and recommendations. Draft specialized sections of site reports, maintain confidentiality of PHI/PII, and coordinate with senior team members to integrate medical oversight findings into final deliverables. Must be travel-ready, able to visit facilities for extended periods, and capable of handling 15,000+ steps and long work hours during visits.
Required Qualifications
- Medical professional with experience evaluating quality of care in institutional settings
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections and walkthroughs
- Experience interviewing facility healthcare staff and residents
- Ability to synthesize clinical data into clear, actionable assessment reports
- Familiarity with protected health information (PHI) and personal data handling
- Capability to travel 1-2 weeks per month and be 24-hour travel-ready
- Strong written communication skills for site-specific reports
- Coordination with Senior Inspectors and Lead Auditors
