Job Summary
Lead the development and delivery of digital innovation solutions addressing customer needs; co-create with stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations. Oversee multiple projects across creative and marketing channels (print and digital), coordinating plans from design through production to meet KPI targets. Collaborate with brand teams, technical teams, and other functions to maximize value; provide analytics support to internal customers and guideCommercial process training and standardization of reports. Apply state-of-the-art analytics and machine learning to derive business insights, support resource allocation decisions for Sales Force, and deliver high-quality outputs. Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS), Power BI, and Salesforce CRM, with experience in Jira and data dashboards to support Marketing and Medical Reps. Note: new office location is Diegem, Belgium.
Required Qualifications
- English language proficiency
- Dutch and/or French language proficiency
- Experience in cross-cultural work environments
- Project management experience
- Operations management and execution skills
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and data platforms (Snowflake a plus)
- Power BI and Salesforce CRM experience
- Jira experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Agile working environment experience
- Ability to develop and deliver data-driven insights and dashboards
