Job Summary
Medical Excellence Lead for Hong Kong and Taiwan responsible for driving medical operations excellence, enabling patient solutions, and establishing best-in-class medical practices across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and related markets. Lead cross-functional medical projects, standardize medical processes, oversee medical budgeting, and drive governance to ensure timely delivery of medical initiatives. Champion medical excellence, local evidence generation (including real-world evidence and investigator-sponsored research), and publication strategies; build medical capabilities in scientific communication, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Oversee patient support and access programs, ensure regulatory compliance for patient support, and collaborate with market access and commercial teams. Provide leadership in medical compliance, governance, and team development, and drive digital transformation to modernize medical operations and improve patient outcomes. Establish KPIs and continuous improvement processes to measure performance against strategic objectives and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centricity across the medical organization in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Medical, Pharmacy, or PhD Degree
- At least 5 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- 1-3 years in leadership roles
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent Mandarin is required
- Deep understanding of regulatory environments in Taiwan and Hong Kong
