Job Summary
Medical Evidence Generation Associate responsible for country-level oversight of assigned studies, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance, regulatory alignment, site identification/qualification, ethics submissions, investigator meetings, essential document management (ICF/MICF, eTMF), and proactive risk management to meet study timelines and data quality; collaborates with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory & Procurement, Safety, Legal & Compliance) and supports study forecasting, recruitment strategies, and audits/inspections. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Medical/Pharmacy/Health-related) and至少 2 years in evidence generation or related fields; travel nationally and internationally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, preferably Medical, Pharmacy or Health related
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in evidence generation or other related fields (Medical Affairs-led studies)
- Good knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
