Perform DiamondGlow, custom facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and corrective anti-aging treatments while conducting client consultations to assess needs and recommend tailored plans. Educate clients on skincare regimens and post-treatment care, maintaining a pristine environment and collaborating with the team for seamless service. Stay informed on industry trends to enhance skills through ongoing professional development. This role requires a valid Colorado license, four years of advanced procedure experience, and certifications in chemical peels and microneedling. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in advanced esthetic procedures
- Valid State of Colorado Esthetician License
- Advanced Certifications in Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, and Microdermabrasion
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., wellness, aesthetics, business)
- Experience in a Med Spa environment
- Comfortability with advanced esthetic procedures
- Experience with DiamondGlow or Hydrafacial
- Experience with SkinMedica, Revision, and iS Clinical
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and client satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and payment platforms
