Job Summary
Conduct cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on various medical devices including medical beds, infusion pumps, and patient monitoring equipment. Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately to ensure proper documentation for billing and regulatory compliance. Communicate with clinical staff regarding equipment features and functionality while maintaining proper credentialing and vaccinations to work within customer locations. Perform operational verification, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair service under the guidance of a qualified supervisor. This role requires willingness to travel periodically to support field biomedical accounts and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule. Applicants must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record and possess the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in both movable medical equipment (MME) and patient handling equipment (PHE)
- Demonstrated understanding of the requirements for servicing medical devices
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction
- Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
- Safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to often bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Maintain proper credentialing and vaccinations to work within customer locations
