Job Summary
Deliver, set up, retrieve, clean, and maintain respiratory and home medical equipment while performing patient assessments and re-assessments to support ongoing care. Educate patients and caregivers on safe equipment use, troubleshooting, and infection control standards, including proper PPE application. Respond to equipment issues under emergency conditions and maintain home oxygen systems through scheduled visits. Process orders and complete documentation accurately to support reimbursement, while operating and maintaining a company vehicle for daily home visits. Participate in on-call rotation and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Customer service, Field-based, delivery, or healthcare experience
- One (1) year of healthcare technician, military service, delivery/field service with customer service interaction or related experience
- Senior level requires two (2) years of relevant experience, including one (1) year in a similar role
- Company conducted Background Check
- Company conducted Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Valid licensure/certification (for clinical roles)
