Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Driver I

Job Summary
Drive to and from healthcare locations to complete delivery and equipment management tasks, including customer delivery and pick-up of medical equipment. Safely load, secure, and transport equipment to customers, retrieving items from sites and returning them to the office. Educate customers on equipment features during delivery, then process, clean, inspect, and test equipment while maintaining inventory. Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance. Work Monday through Friday from 10:30 PM to 7 AM, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
- safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- customer service experience
- basic computer skills
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
- ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
