Job Summary
Drive to and from healthcare locations to complete delivery and equipment management tasks, including customer delivery and pick-up of medical equipment. Safely load, secure, and transport equipment to and from sites while retrieving items back to the office. Educate customers on equipment features and functionality during interactions. Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment, maintaining inventory and completing all paperwork for accurate billing and compliance. Work Monday through Friday with rotating on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
- safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- customer service experience
- basic computer skills
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
- ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
