Job Summary
Drive to and from healthcare locations to complete delivery and equipment management tasks, including customer delivery and pick-up of medical equipment. Safely load, secure, and transport equipment to and from sites, retrieving items back to the office. Educate customers on equipment features and functionality during delivery. Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment while maintaining inventory, and complete all paperwork and data entry for billing and regulatory compliance. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
- safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- customer service experience
- basic computer skills
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
- ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
- ability to obtain certain vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status based on customer and/or company requirements
