Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Deliver and service medical equipment to healthcare locations, safely load/secure and transport equipment, educate customers on features and functionality at delivery, complete paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance. Requires a 21+ year-old candidate with a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call/emergency hours; prior customer service experience and hospital exposure are helpful; training provided for equipment handling and regulatory processes.
Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Safe driving record per company policy
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
