Job Summary
The Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Driver is responsible for driving to healthcare locations to deliver and manage medical equipment, including loading, securing, and retrieving equipment, as well as educating customers on equipment features. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, have strong customer service skills, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexibility in work hours is required to support a 24/7 schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Must have a safe driving record
- Have customer service experience
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Prior work experience in hospital setting is helpful
- Basic computer skills
