Job Summary
The Medical Equipment Repair Technician performs annual maintenance on demonstration equipment, prepares testing documentation, and conducts periodic maintenance on equipment returned from events. Responsibilities include verifying equipment on a monthly basis, managing parts inventory, overseeing software updates, and providing technical support to customers and sales representatives. Candidates should possess a technical degree in electronics, 1-3 years of related experience, and demonstrate strong communication and detail-oriented skills in a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree or higher in electronics or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in medical electronics repair or related work
- Demonstrated communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to follow established protocols
