Medical Equipment Driver - Full Time

Job Summary
Load, transport, and unload medical equipment and supplies to regional hospital facilities using a company van. Run meets to exchange equipment with other employees at designated locations in surrounding states. Drive the van safely and lawfully, ensuring proper storage of all gear. Respond promptly to acknowledge assignments or scheduling changes from management. Maintain a professional attitude while working independently with strong organizational skills. This role requires a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to work flexible hours including overnights and weekends, and physical capacity to move over 50 pounds of equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with early morning, extended days, and the potential for evening or overnight and weekend travel
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with no major violations
- Ability to read maps or GPS
- Ability to push/pull/manipulate over 50 pounds of medical equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills, representing ForTec with a high degree of professionalism
- Knowledge of smartphone applications, emails, and text messages
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Prior delivery experience preferred
