Job Summary
Make deliveries in a straight truck or van up to 16 feet in length, delivering and educating patients on the safe use and care of respiratory equipment at their residences. Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy while resolving equipment problems as needed. Check in with patients to ensure proper and safe equipment usage, building trust through regular face-to-face interactions. Requires a current state driver's license and Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred. Northwest Respiratory Services serves patients in homes, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and VA hospitals since 1976.
Required Qualifications
- Current state issued driver's license
- Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
- Acceptable criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
- Ability to pass a mandated drug test, a physical capability test, and DOT Physical
- Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily (Up to 165lbs.)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills
