Job Summary
Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers while retrieving gear from locations and transporting it back to the office. Educate clients on equipment features during delivery and complete all paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance. Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment to maintain inventory standards. This role requires a current driver's license, ability to lift 75 pounds, and willingness to work flexible evening and weekend shifts with rotating on-call duties. Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am schedule supports Agiliti's nationwide network of 90+ service centers ensuring patient-ready equipment is in the right place at the right time.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
- safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- customer service experience
- basic computer skills
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
- ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
- ability to obtain certain vaccinations or provide proof of current vaccination status based on customer and/or company requirements
