Medical Equipment Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Deliver, install, and service respiratory and home medical equipment at patients’ homes, clinics, or other service locations. Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use, care, and troubleshooting of respiratory and home medical equipment; respond to equipment issues, including emergencies; maintain home oxygen systems; perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs; process orders and complete documentation to support patient care and reimbursement; promote company services to referral sources; safely operate and maintain a company vehicle; participate in quality improvement initiatives and on-call rotation. This field-based role involves daily patient home visits in the North Charleston, SC area, with on-call coverage as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
- Customer service, Field-based, delivery, or healthcare experience preferred
- One (1) year of healthcare technician, military service, delivery/field service with customer service interaction or related experience preferred
- Senior level requires two (2) years of relevant experience, including one (1) year in a similar role
