Job Summary
Deliver, set up and troubleshoot respiratory and home medical equipment; educate patients and caregivers on safe use and troubleshooting; perform routine maintenance and respond to equipment issues; maintain oxygen systems; document accurately for patient care and reimbursement; protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and infection control standards; operate and maintain a company vehicle; participate in on-call rotation; field-based responsibilities with daily patient home visits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
- One (1) year of healthcare technician, military service, delivery/field service with customer service interaction or related experience preferred
- Senior level requires two (2) years of relevant experience, including one (1) year in a similar role
