Job Summary
Respond to incidents and accidents on site while working in a remote location, collaborating with a Paramedic and another MESO. Participate in all crews for pre-starts and basic training, including fly-in/out days on Tuesdays. Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing and manage operations in a new medical building adjacent to the Ambulance facility. This contract role in the Pilbara region requires a 2:2 roster pattern with full-time or casual options. Immediate start available for Karratha-based candidates; interstate applicants must travel to Perth at their own expense.
Required Qualifications
- Cert IV in Healthcare (Ambulance)
- Cert III Mine and Emergency Response and Rescue
- Vertical/Confined Space Rescue/Fire Team Op's
- Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Current Police Clearance (No older than a year)
- Ability to work solo with a minimum of 2 year's experience on a mine construction site or similar role
