Job Summary
Medical Education Program Manager for the EMEA region leading strategy, planning, and execution of healthcare education programs across the Acute Care, Sage & SmartCare portfolios. Responsibilities include curriculum development, in-person and online course delivery, event management, KOL engagement, stakeholder collaboration with Sales/Marketing, budget planning, and measurement of program effectiveness. Build and mentor teams across markets, stay informed on industry trends, and drive the medical education offering. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in developing and executing medical education strategies/programs; strong organizational, communications, and relationship-building skills; ability to travel up to 40% and operate in a fast-paced, cross-country environment. Flexible to remote/hybrid work with some on-site requirements and a global orientation. MBA preferred; clinical experience as a healthcare professional is advantageous. Italian pay range is provided for Italy; role supports remote and field-based work with travel expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 8+ years of work experience in Sales/Marketing or Medical Education strategy/programs
- Experience developing and executing Medical Education strategies and programs in MedTech/Pharma/biotech or related fields
- Ability to manage multi-country projects and budgets
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in English
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Proactive, independent, collaborative in a matrixed environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
