Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute physician education programs, workshops, and hands-on training events while partnering with Medical Affairs to ensure scientific accuracy. Support educational activities at scientific congresses and implement innovative technologies, including AI and learning platforms. Develop annual education calendars, manage faculty communications, and create training materials for resident and fellowship programs. Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to maximize educational impact and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collect feedback, track program metrics, and manage multiple projects within budget and timeline expectations. This role involves up to 30% travel and requires a background in medical device education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Level of Degree in the business, marketing, sales, education or related field of study
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in medical education, clinical education, medical affairs, physician training, healthcare professional education, or related roles within the medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- This position requires some travel up to 30% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Any preferred education, experience or certifications: Experience developing and delivering physician or healthcare professional education programs preferred
- Prefer Experience in: working with physician KOLs
- Prefer Experience in: Oncology, urology, interventional oncology, or surgical device experience
- Prefer Experience in: Supporting hands-on physician training programs
- Prefer Experience in: Adult learning principles
- Prefer Experience in: CME and educational grant-supported activities preferred
