Job Summary
Package, prepare, and ship medical devices, instrument sets, and training materials for internal workshops, surgeon labs, and customer events. Manage inventory receipt, input data into the ERP system, and complete regular restock orders while maintaining organization of all equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill requests and clean, disinfect, and inspect returned workshop inventory per company procedures. Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities to ensure operational excellence and exceptional learning experiences.
Required Qualifications

- Full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting, and sterilizing medical devices, surgical instruments, or other regulated healthcare products in accordance with established quality and regulatory standards
- Experience supporting field inventory, training inventory, consignment inventory, or medical education programs
- Experience managing inventory within an ERP or inventory management system (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar)
- Knowledge of inventory management principles, including cycle counting, inventory control, replenishment planning, and inventory reconciliation
- Experience handling medical devices, surgical instruments, orthopedic products, or other regulated healthcare products
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and inventory tracking/reporting tools
