Job Summary
Perform echocardiograms as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care. Requires ARDMS in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PR) or an equivalent pediatric-echocardiography credential (with substitute statement from a pediatric cardiologist accepted). Conducts echocardiography studies with accountability for performance; works in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment. Per diem/flex shift at Methodist Richardson Medical Center, Collin County, TX, serving Dallas/Collin counties; strong emphasis on pediatric echocardiography competencies when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree echo program preferred
- ARDMS in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PR) required
- A written statement from a pediatric cardiologist may substitute for ARDMS in pediatric echocardiography
